held companies. He
is President of the

Montessori of the
Rio Grande Charter
School. Chris
received his

Georgetown

laude) and holds
a law degree from
The Georgetown
University Law
Center. He is
licensed to practice
law in Illinois,
Missouri and New
Mexico. Chris lives
with his wife and

Terry McDermott brings a wealth of community relations, communications and government relations experience to the STAR Group Team. Terry has more than 28 years experience in communications including television, radio and print media. In the corporate arena Terry spent more than ten years with Intel Corporation where he was responsible for internal and external communication. He also served as Intel government relations manager where he lobbied the N.M. State Legislature, the U.S. Congress as well as municipal and county governments.

Kris is uniquely talented at identifying key issues that effect productivity, change management and the use of the Myer Briggs Type Indicator. She is a certified facilitator and a certified master trainer. Kris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Albuquerque; her corporate experience spans twenty-three years with a large electric and gas utility company.

Mike holds a Doctorate of Education with emphasis on Human Resource Management from the University of New Mexico, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Bernard Baruch College.
